Wer ein Unternehmen, eine Abteilung oder ein Team leiten will, muss die Mechanismen kennen, die zu intelligenteren oder weniger intelligenten Entscheidungen f\u00fchren.<\/p><p>Formuliert es Fritz Simon so treffend! Wie schaffen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte es, ihre Teams f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Wachstum zu begeistern und auf einzigartige Business-Opportunities neugierig zu machen?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d701e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d701e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Die Empirie zeigt, dass im Falle von existentiellen Bedrohungen tats\u00e4chlich so etwas wie Kampfgeist unter den Mitarbeiter*innen erzeugt werden kann, wenn es gelingt ein klares Bild von der Bedrohung zu zeichnen (\u201eSlaying the dragon\u201c(2)). Allerdings nur, wenn dieses auch mit der Belegschaft geteilt wird und das notwendige Vertrauen entsprechend kommuniziert wird.
