Von der Leyen will explizit Frauen in starken politischen Positionen. H\u00e4tte Wien neben Magnus Brunner auch Europaministerin Karoline Edtstadler nominiert, die Chance auf ein bedeutendes Kommissarsamt f\u00fcr \u00d6sterreich w\u00e4re gr\u00f6\u00dfer gewesen. Robinson, warum einige Nationen \u00fcber lange Zeitr\u00e4ume erfolgreich sind, w\u00e4hrend andere absteigen. Ihre These: Es entscheiden vor allem Institutionen \u00fcber das Schicksal von Nationen. Sie unterscheiden dabei zwischen inklusiven Institutionen, die mit Hilfe von partizipativer Gestaltung (\u2026) positive Feedbackschleifen &#8211; Tugendkreis &#8211; erzeugen und so langfristig zu Wohlstand f\u00fchren und solchen Institutionen, die die Macht und Ressourcen auf wenige konzentrieren und langfristig an sich negativ verst\u00e4rkenden Schleifen, sog. Teufelskreisen scheitern.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d701e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d701e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>In einem k\u00fcrzlichen Gastkommentar f\u00fcr das deutsche Handelsblatt greifen Thomas Sattelberger und Winfried Felser diese Kernthese auf und titeln: \u201eAlte Eliten blockieren den institutionellen Wandel.\u201c Das gilt f\u00fcr Deutschland und genauso f\u00fcr \u00d6sterreich. Nach einer Phase des mutigen und progressiven Beginns, trimmen sie sich auf Effizienz und Einfluss sobald sie endlich an der Macht sind, um ideologisch degeneriert in den Niedergang zu gehen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a51945 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a51945\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Nur mit dem \u201emagischen Dreieck\u201c aus neuen Institutionen und neue Eliten und schlie\u00dflich neuer F\u00fchrung gelingt der Tugendkreis des Aufstiegs, betonen Sattelberger und Felser. Und ich erg\u00e4nze: Patriarchalische, ausschlie\u00dflich auf Hierarchie getrimmt F\u00fchrungsstrukturen reichen nicht aus, um durch eine immer dynamischere, komplexe und unvorhersehbare Welt zu steuern. Nicht in der Wirtschaft und auch nicht in der Politik.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00cb9bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00cb9bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Die notwendige Transformation \u2013 technologische, \u00f6kologisch, gesellschaftlich \u2013 ist auch eine Chance f\u00fcr neue, mutige und kluge F\u00fchrungspers\u00f6nlichkeiten. Vorausgesetzt das (Rechts-)Extremismus keine Chance bekommt, ist folglich auch der politische Gestaltungsspielraum enorm. Von einem Mangel an neuen, jungen F\u00fchrungspers\u00f6nlichkeiten habe ich nach meiner j\u00fcngsten Teilnahme am Europ\u00e4ischen Alpbach und Begegnungen jedenfalls keine Angst.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46140e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46140e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Nur eines ist gewiss: Nationale Genesung dauert. Zw\u00f6lf bis 15 Jahre k\u00f6nnen vergehen, bis eine positive Ver\u00e4nderung eintritt \u2013 und auch dann gibt es keine Garantie, dass die erreichten Erfolge bleiben.
