elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Man m\u00fcsste diese Woche schon auf einer sehr weit abgelegenen Insel oder tief in einem Wald ohne jegliche Verbindung zur restlichen Welt verbracht haben, um die katastrophalen Ereignisse im eigenen Land sowie international ausblenden zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b25c450 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b25c450\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Graz, Los Angeles, Indien und der Nahe Osten \u2013 kaum ein Flecken auf der Welt, der in den letzten Tagen von Trag\u00f6dien verschont blieb. Ich selbst befinde mich im permanenten Aktionsmodus durch den Aktualit\u00e4tsrausch und merke \u2013 trotzdem wir die ersten richtig warmen und strahlenden Sommertage erleben, erfreue ich mich wenig daran. Mein Blick ist auf das halb leere Glas gerichtet. Ich weiche aus auf Oper und Theater und auch hier \u2013 Trauerminuten, kollektive Fassungslosigkeit und Schwere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8551acb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8551acb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Wie steuere ich hier entgegen? Wie gelingt es angesichts einer offensichtlich aus den Fugen geratenen Gesellschaft Freude auf das Morgen zu haben und neugierig auf das Neue, das N\u00e4chste zu bleiben?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d701e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d701e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Der Schweizer Unternehmensberater und Autor, Rolf Dobelli, empfiehlt, sich zuallererst aus den News auszuklinken und stattdessen die \u201elangen Formate\u201c zu pflegen f\u00fcr ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kommunikationsraum.at\/blog\/2024\/08\/gut-behutet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leben mit klarem Denken<\/a>. Er appelliert damit auch an unsere Bereitschaft aus Komfortzonen rauszugehen, eigene Verhaltensmuster zu erkennen und sie bewusst zu \u00e4ndern. Es geht nicht nur um Optimierung, es geht tats\u00e4chlich darum neu zu denken: weniger linear, stattdessen mehr zu einem eigenen Rhythmus zu finden!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b4afe6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b4afe6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Was mir dabei \u2013 privat wie auch in der Arbeit in Organisationen und mit Teams \u2013\u00a0hilft, ist u.a. der <a href=\"https:\/\/liberatingstructures.de\/ecocycle-planning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ecocycle Planning<\/a>, die Planung \u201eim Kreislauf des Lebens\u201c, eine Orientierung an der nat\u00fcrlichen Abfolge aus Entstehen, Wachsen, Reifen und Ernten:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Die Saat: <\/strong>wenn eine neue Idee entsteht, noch zart, aber voller Potenzial<\/li><li><strong>Das Wachstum:<\/strong> wenn wir etwas ausprobieren, lernen, uns weiterentwickeln und<\/li><li><strong>Die Ernte oder auch Kreative Zerst\u00f6rung:<\/strong> wenn wir ehrlich hinschauen und erkennen: Was darf gehen? Was hat ausgedient? Was macht Platz f\u00fcr Neues?<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9ceecf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c9ceecf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Er erinnert uns daran, dass nachhaltiges Wachstum zyklisch ist \u2013 nicht linear. Es erm\u00f6glicht den Wald UND die B\u00e4ume zu sehen und es schafft Platz f\u00fcr die notwendige Erneuerung! Ich finde diesen Blick unglaublich entlastend. Er erlaubt mir, nicht immer \u201eim Hoch\u201c funktionieren zu m\u00fcssen. Vielmehr zu akzeptieren: Auch Pausen, Umwege und Zweifel geh\u00f6ren dazu.<\/p><p>Und vielleicht ist genau das der Schl\u00fcssel, um die Freude zu behalten:<br \/>lebendig und bewusst in Bewegung zu bleiben. Mit Neugier. Mit einer gewissen Leichtigkeit.
