rel=\"noopener\">Cal Newport<\/a> w\u00fcrde das vermutlich \u201eDeep Work im Gezeitenrhythmus\u201c nennen: weg vom E-Mail-Ping, raus aus dem Meeting-Marathon, hin zu fokussiertem Denken und echtem Schaffen. Denn Deep Work passiert nicht zwischen zwei Terminen \u2013 sondern dort, wo Raum und Ruhe sind. Und manchmal bedeutet das: nicht am Schreibtisch, sondern beim Golfspiel zwischen den D\u00fcnen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3a13af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d3a13af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Unser Gehirn liebt Bewegung \u2013 es denkt besser, wenn die F\u00fc\u00dfe gehen d\u00fcrfen. Die deutsche Neurowissenschaftlerin Laura W\u00fcnsch nennt das \u00fcbrigens \u201eGedanken-G\u00e4nge\u201c.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd7895e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd7895e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dabei habe ich mir auch diesmal nicht nur frische Luft, sondern auch frische Lekt\u00fcre geg\u00f6nnt \u2013 B\u00fccher, die inspirieren, herausfordern und zum Weiterdenken anregen. Das kann ein Besuch in einer Ausstellung (ja, auch w\u00e4hrend der Arbeitszeit) sein oder ein bewusster Lesenachmittag abseits von Laptops und Mobiltelefonen.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8551acb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8551acb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Und jede achte Woche im Jahr versuche ich mir \u00fcberhaupt f\u00fcr eine Auszeit freizuhalten. Das kann eine Learning Journey sein, das kann eine Sportwoche sein. Das kann auch Zeit f\u00fcr die Gestaltung meiner vier W\u00e4nde und meines B\u00fcros beinhalten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb2b63b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb2b63b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Sylt im Oktober entschleunigt und zugleich nehme ich hier wieder Tempo auf, bin in Bewegung, sp\u00fcre den Rhythmus der Natur, bewege mich dazu. Thomas Mann, Emil Nolde, Max Frisch hinterlie\u00dfen hier ihre Spuren, Elke Heidenreich kuratiert in H\u00f6rnum (gro\u00dfartige) Bibliotheken!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e0080a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e0080a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>\u00dcberhaupt \u2013 lesen \u2013 es verl\u00e4ngert laut einer US-Studie (publiziert zuletzt von Denis Scheck <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focus.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">im Focus<\/a>) die Lebenszeit.
