elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Erster April 2011 \u2013 vor genau 15 Jahren habe ich mein Unternehmen, kommunikationsraum, gegr\u00fcndet, und bin damit nach mehr als zwanzig Jahren als sehr erfolgreiche (und gut bezahlte) Angestellte in das Abenteuer Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit aufgebrochen. Schuld war nat\u00fcrlich \u2026 mein Bauchgef\u00fchl! Mein Arbeitsleben so auszurichten, gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6glichen Gestaltungsspielraum zu erhalten, auch jenseits der F\u00fcnfzig! Heute w\u00fcrde ich es eine Weichenstellung in Richtung Career-Longevity nennen: Neugierig zu bleiben auf das, was noch m\u00f6glich ist. Weniger mehr von demselben, mehr von dem, wer ich noch nicht bin!<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b25c450 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b25c450\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Was als Arbeit einer PR- und Kommunikationsberaterin begann, hat sich so zu etwas gewandelt, das von Beginn an meine Vision war: Kommunikation g\u00e4nzlich neu zu denken! Aus Kommunikation nach au\u00dfen wurde Kommunikation als Gestaltungskraft mit den Schwerpunkten Organisationsentwicklung, F\u00fchrung und Ver\u00e4nderung!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d701e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d701e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Mein roter Referenzfaden umfasst mittlerweile die Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten, Organisationsanalysen, die Gestaltung von F\u00fchrungsentwicklungsprogrammen, Kulturentwicklung und Creative Enhancement-Strategien f\u00fcr Kommunikation, die bewegt!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-099c2f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"099c2f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Kommunikation als die essenzielle Navigationskompetenz in einer Welt voller Widerspr\u00fcche, Krisen und Wandel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5aee5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5aee5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dabei arbeite ich mit Auftraggebern aus dem \u00f6ffentlichen Bereich, familiengef\u00fchrten Unternehmen, Start-ups und b\u00f6rsennotierten Legacy-Companies zusammen \u2013 die Lernkurve bleibt steil!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b4afe6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b4afe6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Daniel Pink hat vor Jahren in einer Untersuchung nachgewiesen, dass Menschen f\u00fcr Entfaltung und Gestaltungskraft drei Zutaten ben\u00f6tigen: Autonomie, Mastery und Purpose!
