Dieses Zitat von Robert Keagan (<em>Immunity to Change)<\/em> ist meine \u201cKarotte\u201d wenn es ums Lernen geht.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b25c450 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b25c450\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Meine \u201cSeptember-Treppe\u201d war die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labiennale.org\/en\/art\/2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biennale in Venedig<\/a>. Gardini und Arsenale als Orte der Verdichtung, Interpretationen und (neuen) Begegnungen. Drei intensive Lern- und Inspirationstage, die mich weit weg vom Schreibtisch und nah an bzw. in neue (Kommunikations-)R\u00e4ume geholt haben.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e70067 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8e70067\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Lernen und Entwickeln in Organisationen<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce277f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce277f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Warum macht eine Kommunikationsexpertin eine Learning Journey zur Biennale?<\/p><p>Statt bestehendes K\u00f6nnen und Wissen nur weiter zu vertiefen, geht es angesichts von zunehmender Komplexit\u00e4t und hoher Dynamik darum unser <em>T-Profil<\/em> zu entwickeln: tiefe Expertise in einem Bereich (der L\u00e4ngsbalken des T), aber gleichzeitig eine breite Basis an \u00fcbergreifenden Kompetenzen (der Querbalken) \u2013 wie bspw. in angrenzenden Disziplinen, in digitaler Zusammenarbeit, in agilen Methoden. Diese Querschnittskompetenzen sind entscheidend, um in interdisziplin\u00e4rer Teams wirksam zu sein! (1)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bff092 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1bff092\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>In anderen Worten: Es geht (auch) darum, breites, vernetztes Wissen aufzubauen, um damit zur Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit von Organisationen beizutragen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16bca7c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"16bca7c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Schon Robert Rauschenberg \u2013 der bereits 1964 auf der Biennale ausstellte (und aktuell \u00fcbrigens in einer sehr sehenswerten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kunstmeile.at\/de\/ausstellungen\/robert-rauschenberg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Retrospektive in der Kunsthalle Krems<\/a> zu sehen ist) kam zu dem Schluss, dass <em>\u201cder \u00fcber Kunst hergestellte Kontakt (\u2026) zu n\u00fctzlichem kreativen Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr alle f\u00fchrt.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9739fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f9739fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Lernen ist f\u00fcr mich auch immer eine Reise mit offenen Ausgang. Ganz oft entstehen auf meinen Lernreisen die eigentlichen Aha-Erlebnisse v\u00f6llig unerwartet. Daher ist es im Rahmen von Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen in Unternehmen besonders wichtig auch eine begleitende Lernarchitektur mitzugestalten. Oder eben gen\u00fcgend (Reise-)Raum f\u00fcr <em>Serendipity<\/em> zu lassen. In meinem Fall gab\u2019s diese Aha-Momente abseits der eigentlichen Biennale-Orte. Venedig selbst bildet eine mehr als eindrucksvolle Kulisse, um sich von Neugierde und Freude am Sch\u00f6nen leiten zu lassen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5aa7fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5aa7fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Gerald H\u00fcther (<em>Was wir sind und was wir sein k\u00f6nnten<\/em>) nennt zwei menschliche Grundbed\u00fcrfnisse: Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit und Entfaltung. Letztere \u00fcbersetze ich im organisationalen Kontext gerne mit dem Begriff der <em>Agency <\/em>(i.S. individuellen Handlungsspielraums), der idealerweise durch Lernr\u00e4ume in Unternehmen entwickelt und gef\u00f6rdert wird.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4460c77 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4460c77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>In einer Zeit, in der sich aktuell ganze Business-Modelle \u00e4ndern (werden m\u00fcssen) ist Lernen der Schl\u00fcssel zu erfolgreicher Transformation. Systemisch in die Unternehmens- und Gesch\u00e4ftsausrichtung integriert (statt zentral angebotsorientierter klassischer Personalentwicklung) wird Lernkultur zum strategischen Element organisationaler Weiterentwicklung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-662976a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"662976a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dazu muss man nicht zwingend zur Biennale fahren.
