Wir bilden echte Kleingruppen, statt in digitale Break-out Sessions zu gehen, g\u00f6nnen uns ein gemeinsames Mittagessen und gehen am Ende des Tages mit dem Gef\u00fchl auseinander, dass wir mehr denn je miteinander verbunden sind. Wie so viele Teams war auch unser Berater*innen-Team w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie zu digitalem Austausch gezwungen. Das hat um ganz ehrlich zu sein, sehr gut funktioniert und dennoch war die Pr\u00e4senz-Klausur nochmal um gef\u00fchlte Klassen besser.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-913adb8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"913adb8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Tats\u00e4chlich ist f\u00fcr Teams das <strong>WIE<\/strong> ihrer Kommunikation wichtiger, als das <strong>WAS<\/strong>. Zu diesem Schluss kommt das MIT Human Dynamics Laboratory in seiner Untersuchung zu Kommunikationsmuster von Teams.(1)<\/p><p>Drei entscheidende Faktoren wurden dabei festgestellt:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d0648b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d0648b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Die Teamenergie<\/strong>: Wie kommuniziert das Team (verbal, schriftlich, digital etc.)<\/li><li><strong>Das Team-Engagement<\/strong>: Wie geht das Team mit Information um: Teilen die Teammitglieder Information oder behalten sie diese f\u00fcr sich?<\/li><li><strong>Die Team-Exploration<\/strong>: Wie \u201cdurchl\u00e4ssig\u201d ist die Kommunikation zu anderen Teams bzw. Ob und &#8211; wenn ja &#8211; in welcher Intensit\u00e4t, Informationsaustausch im Team stattfindet, hat Einfluss auf die <strong>Qualit\u00e4t <\/strong>(und die Geschwindigkeit)<strong> von Entscheidungen. <\/strong>Und schlie\u00dflich zeichnen sich high-performing Teams durch <strong>abteilungs\u00fcbergreifende<\/strong> Kommunikation aus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6daccbf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6daccbf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Entscheidend ist, dass alle drei \u201cTrigger\u201d in Balance sind, Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit alleine reicht ebenso wenig aus, wie ein intensiver, allerdings ausschlie\u00dflich im eigenen Team stattfindender Informationsaustausch.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ed40e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ed40e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Die gute Nachricht<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fdc956 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5fdc956\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Wie Kommunikation in Teams und von Team zu ihren Umwelten gestaltet wird, hat folglich entscheidenden Einfluss auf die Team-Performance.
