\u201eJa, vielleicht doppelt so alt wie die Tante Poldi\u201c, kommentiert fr\u00f6hlich ihre kleine Tochter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nun, Zeit ist ein relativer Begriff, wie wir Dank Einstein wissen. Dennoch f\u00fchle ich mich in diesem Moment sofort an Kassiopeia, Momos Schildkr\u00f6te aus Michael Endes wunderbarem Buch, erinnert. Kassiopeia, die eine halbe Stunde in die Zukunft sehen kann, bringt gemeinsame mit Meister Hora und Momo die Grauen M\u00e4nner alias Zeitdiebe zur Strecke und schenkt den Menschen wieder wertvolle (Lebens-)zeit!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Grauen M\u00e4nner unserer Tage h\u00f6ren unter anderem auf die Namen Effizienz, Effektivit\u00e4t und Agilit\u00e4t. Sie haben uns nur zwei Wochen nach der \u201eruhigsten Zeit des Jahres\u201c gleich wieder voll im Griff: Mehr Sprints in k\u00fcrzerer Zeit, mit mehr Output, das Time-Boxing l\u00e4uft! Stoff aus dem heutzutage jene Zigarren gedreht sind, die Michael Ende als Lebenselixier der Grauen M\u00e4nner beschrieb.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu Kassiopeia, kann ich nur zur\u00fcckblicken und meine Erfahrungen mit den Effizienz-Mantras unserer Tage zeigen, dass sie jedenfalls nicht zu einem Mehr an guten Ideen, Inspiration und Kreativit\u00e4t beitragen. Nein, daf\u00fcr darf es Zeit brauchen: Zeit zum Zuh\u00f6ren, Zeit f\u00fcrs Miteinander, Zeit f\u00fcrs Lesen!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Daher gleich zu Jahresbeginn eine kleine \u201eBest of Inspiration\u201c \u2013 Leseliste:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Very good lives, J.K.Rowling:<\/strong>\u00a0Die Harry Potter Autorin h\u00e4lt eine Havard Graduate Rede!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Art matters, Neil Gaimann:<\/strong>\u00a0Warum unsere Zukunft von Bibliotheken, lesen und der F\u00e4higkeit zum Tagtr\u00e4umen abh\u00e4ngt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Kreativit\u00e4ts AG, Ed Catmull mit Amy Wallace:<\/strong>\u00a0Dieses Buch gibt Antworten auf die Frage \u201eWie baue ich ein kreatives Unternehmen auf?\u201c.
