elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Agile Kommunikationsgestaltung f\u00fcr interkulturelle Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcngst durfte ich eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften \u00f6sterreichischen Industrieunternehmen (mit zahlreichen internationalen Standorten) im Rahmen einer zweit\u00e4gigen Klausur begleiten. Die Aufgabenstellung lautete, eine Gruppe von rund 30 Personen f\u00fcr eine neue strategische Ausrichtung und dementsprechende Ver\u00e4nderung der damit verbundenen (internationalen) Organisation zu moderieren. Es nahmen Teilnehmer*innen aus zehn L\u00e4ndern teil, die gemeinsame Arbeitssprache war Englisch.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Schon in der Vorbereitung mit der Unternehmensleitung wird rasch klar, dass neben der Sprache vor allem auch die Ermutigung zu interaktiven Settings und kooperativer Herangehensweise die zentralen Herausforderungen darstellen. Schlie\u00dflich l\u00e4sst sich ein gemeinsames Ziel zwar durchaus mit Hilfe von Power Point gut pr\u00e4sentieren, zum tats\u00e4chlichen Handeln inspirieren Frontalvortr\u00e4ge allerdings selten.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201eOkay, Frau Pepek, Sie sind die Kommunikationsexpertin. Wir vertrauen Ihnen\u201c,\u00a0 gab der Chief Operating Officer (COO) gr\u00fcnes Licht f\u00fcr meine Ideen zur Moderationsgestaltung. Ein kleiner Schritt in der Moderationsgeschichte, ein gro\u00dfer f\u00fcr das Unternehmen!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marshmallow Challenge, Culture Map und World-Caf\u00e9!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Eine wichtige Rolle im gew\u00e4hlten Zugang spielen in Folge ein Marshmallow, eine Packung Spaghetti und, im \u00fcbertragenen Sinn, auch Kaffee: Sie alle unterst\u00fctzen die Gruppe dabei, innerhalb der zwei Klausur-Tage Ans\u00e4tze eines Teams zu entwickeln. Also ein gemeinsames Ziel zu formulieren, Rollen zu erkennen und erste Handlungsschritte zu definieren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten bzw. Interventionen, die dabei unterst\u00fctzen \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/tom_wujec_build_a_tower_build_a_team\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marshmallow Challenge<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.strategyzer.com\/assets\/resources\/the-culture-map.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Culture Map<\/a>\u00a0und\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/World-Caf%C3%A9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World-Caf\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0sind so neu nicht. \u00dcberzeugen aber durch drei Faktoren:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menschen ins \u201eTun\u201c bringen,<\/li>\n<li>dabei kooperativ gestalten sowie<\/li>\n<li>bewusst eingesetzte, agile Elemente, die dabei unterst\u00fctzen sich auf das Wesentliche zu fokussieren!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die gemeinsame Sprache, die dabei entsteht ist Energie! Wir kennen das aus dem Mannschaftssport: Es gibt Momente, wo das Spiel einfach flie\u00dft. Die Gruppe ist konzentriert auf ein gemeinsames Ziel. Es geht nicht um die pers\u00f6nliche Profilierung, sondern darum, miteinander in Hochform zu sein. Dazu kann das richtige Setting, ergo die bewusste Gestaltung der Kommunikation mit Ausrichtung auf einen gemeinsamen \u201epurpose\u201c, entscheidend beitragen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Der Workshop verlief \u00fcbrigens auch deshalb sehr erfolgreich, weil sich die Gruppe sehr heterogen gestaltete: Diversit\u00e4t erzeugt Variabilit\u00e4t erzeugt Adaptivit\u00e4t!
