elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<p>Neulich war ich eingeladen im Rahmen des\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/xn--dim-sna.org\/kim-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kongresses f\u00fcr Interimsmanagement<\/a> in Salzburg zum Thema \u201eAgile Leadership\u201c zu sprechen. Anlass war das Kongressthema \u201eFamily Business &#8211; Zukunft gestalten\u201c.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kein anderes Wort ist derzeit so \u201ein\u201c und auch in Gebrauch, wie Agilit\u00e4t. Das neue Zauberwort, das bei n\u00e4herem Hinsehen rasch seinen Zauber verliert.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Warum Agilit\u00e4t? Der Ursprung daf\u00fcr ist das \u201eAgile Manifest\u201c, 2002 von f\u00fchrenden Softwareentwicklern in Amerika entwickelt. Die zentralen Prinzipien lauten unter anderem:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individuen und Interaktion \u00fcber Werkzeuge und Prozessen<\/li>\n<li>Funktionierende Software \u00fcber umfassende Dokumentation<\/li>\n<li>Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden \u00fcber Vertragsverhandlungen<\/li>\n<li>Reagieren auf Ver\u00e4nderungen \u00fcber Verfolgen eines Plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Der Ursprung von Scrum war gemacht mit dem klaren Ziel Prozesse und Produktentwicklungen schneller und flexibler (!) zu gestalten.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Adaptivit\u00e4t wird im Zuge der digitalen Transformation gro\u00df geschrieben: Agile Prinzipien, angewandt auf die gesamte Organisation machen uns fit f\u00fcr die Disruption. Agile Leadership revolutioniert F\u00fchrung. Scrum,\u00a0Design Thinking,\u00a0Holacracy\u00a0&amp; Co sind dabei die Kraftkammer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Was f\u00fcr Start Ups funktioniert, muss f\u00fcr die Old Economy genauso gut sein. Und wer braucht eigentlich noch F\u00fchrung?\u00a0Wenn\u2019s doch nur so einfach w\u00e4re!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/typo3.kommunikationsraum.at\/fileadmin\/_processed_\/e\/5\/csm_Mythen_Erfahrung_f27961086d.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die gute Nachricht ist, dass agile Prinzipien unseren Methodenkoffer in der Produktentwicklung und im Organisationsdesign deutlich erweitern: Schnellere und flexiblere Prozesse, Methoden und Designs helfen uns f\u00fcr mehr Selbstorganisation, unterst\u00fctzen uns dabei Entscheidungen zu treffen und entlasten damit auch F\u00fchrung. Gerade im Zusammenspiel zwischen Hierarchie und Netzwerk, also dort wo Komplexit\u00e4t zunimmt, sind agile Methoden ein\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2007\/11\/a-leaders-framework-for-decision-making\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trumpf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Gewachsene Organisationen verf\u00fcgen allerdings auch \u00fcber Prozesse, die weder komplex, noch &#8211; wie beispielsweise Start Ups in der Gr\u00fcndungsphase &#8211; chaotisch sind. Sie sind bestimmt von simplen bzw. \u201enur\u201c komplizierten Rahmenbedingen und daf\u00fcr stehen uns unver\u00e4ndert und erfolgreich etablierte Methoden wie bspw. Best Practice, Checklisten und die gute alte Besprechung zur Verf\u00fcgung.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kommunikation<\/strong>\u00a0spielt dabei freilich eine entscheidende Rolle: Die Abkehr vom Sender-Empf\u00e4nger Prinzip hin zu einem systemischen Verst\u00e4ndnis bildet den Rahmen.
