Sie haben Prozessverantwortung und Personalverantwortung getrennt. Die Mitarbeiter organisieren sich selbstst\u00e4ndig in den Kernprozessen Produktion, Innovation und Sales. Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Eigent\u00fcmer unterst\u00fctzen im Supportprozess \u201eRegie\u201c. In der Kommunikation sind operative und strategische Themen sehr konsequent getrennt.\u00a0<\/p><p>Die treibende Kraft ist die \u00dcberzeugung des Eigent\u00fcmers Christoph Haase, dass seine Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen eigenverantwortlich besser arbeiten.
