Sagen wir so: Ein Versuch!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In Wien pflegen wir eine wichtige Tradition: Morgendliche Business-Termine werden im Kaffeehaus abgehalten. Nirgendwo sonst l\u00e4sst sich\u2019s trefflicher in den Arbeitstag starten. So kommt es, dass mich neulich beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im Wiener Caf\u00e9 Landtmann \u2013 \u00fcbrigens, einer DER Treffpunkte in Wien &#8211; mein Gegen\u00fcber fragt, ob ich so etwas wie ein Kochrezept f\u00fcr erfolgreiche\u00a0Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse\u00a0h\u00e4tte? Ganz ehrlich \u2013 nein! Und das nicht nur, weil wir in einem der traditionellsten Kaffeeh\u00e4user dieser Stadt sitzen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Jedes Change-Projekt ist anders, weil jede Organisation ihre ganz eigene Kultur hat und so f\u00fcr sich ein eigenes System darstellt. Was ich allerdings anbieten kann, sind\u00a0Erfahrungen\u00a0aus ganz unterschiedlichen Projekten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3584025 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3584025\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Schaffen Sie Energie, statt sie zu vergeuden!<\/strong><\/p><p>Eine Beobachtung, die ich immer wieder mache &#8211; egal ob in der Wirtschaft oder in der Politik &#8211; ist der hartn\u00e4ckige Versuch alle von einer Ver\u00e4nderung betroffenen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter vom Sinn und der Notwendigkeit selbiger zu \u00fcberzeugen. Widerst\u00e4nde brechen, Konflikte vermeiden &#8211; wir wollen alle ins Boot holen. Meine knappe Analyse: Sie vergeuden Ihre Energien!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Wir wissen heute, dass rund 40 Prozent aller Betroffenen NICHT oder nur z\u00f6gerlich mitgehen, daher meine klare Empfehlung: Konzentrieren Sie sich auf die restlichen 60 Prozent! Sie werden sehen, dass hier sehr viel mehr Bewegung entsteht und im Idealfall auch dazu beitragen wird, die Unentschlossenen auf Ihre Seite zu holen.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Erstaunlich auch die Tatsache, dass selbst sehr erfolgreiche Unternehmen dazu neigen, alles anders \u201eWeil besser\u201c machen zu wollen. \u201eWeil wir jetzt alles anders machen, ver\u00e4ndern wir uns\u201c lautet das Motto. Nun, Ver\u00e4nderung hei\u00dft nicht, alles anders zu machen oder die Dinge zwingend neu zu erfinden. Nicht selten \u201egelingt\u201c es mit diesem Ansatz, viele Ver\u00e4nderungswillige, nachhaltig zu demotivieren. Ganz einfach, weil ihre bisherige Arbeit in Frage gestellt wird. Fragen Sie sich (und Ihre Organisation) was hat bisher schon dazu beigetragen, dass wir es bis hierher geschafft haben? Was hat uns bisher schon erfolgreich gemacht? Wo sind unsere (vergrabenen) Sch\u00e4tze die wir wieder heben wollen. Ich versichere Ihnen, Sie werden f\u00fcr Ihre Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekte eine ganz andere, positivere und nachhaltigere Energie erzeugen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b20ba2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b20ba2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gemeinsame Geschichten schaffen Identit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Und nat\u00fcrlich \u2013 entwickeln Sie ein Narrativ f\u00fcr Ihr Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekt! Es macht einen Unterschied, ob Sie sich entlang einzelner Roadmaps, Prozess-Landkarten oder Organigramme ver\u00e4ndern (oder glauben, es zu tun) oder ob ein Unternehmen einen geeigneten \u201eFrame\u201c f\u00fcr seine k\u00fcnftige Ausrichtung entwickelt. Die Entwicklung neuer Stories bzw. der Umgang mit Unternehmensmythen leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Gestaltung von\u00a0Identit\u00e4t: Welche Geschichten kursieren \u00fcber Ihr Unternehmen? Welche Geschichten wollen wir, dass zuk\u00fcnftig erz\u00e4hlt werden?
