Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen. Welche Aufgabe haben Kommunikator*innen und wie k\u00f6nnen sie dazu beitragen, dass sich eine Organisation auch unter volatilen Rahmenbedingungen in eine geteilte Vision entwickelt?<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-758642e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"758642e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><em>\u201eWir haben hohen Ver\u00e4nderungsdruck, sind aufgefordert die Spielregeln neu zu definieren!\u201c<\/em>, sagen die einen, <em>\u201eDie da oben blicken offenkundig selbst nicht mehr durch. Heute so, morgen so. Man kann sich auf nichts mehr verlassen.\u201c<\/em>, meinen die anderen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a690e01 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a690e01\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Unternehmen und Organisationen sind grunds\u00e4tzlich daf\u00fcr da, erwartete Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Wie gelingt es nun die Paradoxie zwischen dem Erwarteten und \u2013 dem immer h\u00e4ufiger auftretenden \u2013 Unerwarteten auszuhalten? Worauf kommt\u00b4s denn tats\u00e4chlich an, damit eine Ver\u00e4nderung Kraft bekommt und Wirklichkeit wird? Wo liegen die kleinen und gro\u00dfen Unterschiede, die entweder vom Now ins Then f\u00fchren oder in der Ver\u00e4nderungsm\u00fcdigkeit versickern? Welche M\u00f6glichkeiten haben F\u00fchrung und Management um neue Muster zu etablieren und gleichzeitig ein Maximum an Kontinuit\u00e4t zu sichern?<\/p><p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-913adb8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"913adb8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Ein Geheimnis liegt wie so oft im UND: Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse gekonnt aufsetzen und steuern UND gleichzeitig Kommunikation als zentralen Bestandteil verstehen. Dabei geht\u00b4s nicht allein um die Aufgabe von Kommunikationsprofis. Die Frage ist vielmehr: Wie gestalten wir wirksame Kommunikation?
