elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Wenn die Tage k\u00fcrzer und die N\u00e4chte l\u00e4nger werden, die Temperaturen sinken und die ersten Schneeflocken fallen, ziehen wir uns zur\u00fcck auf unsere Sofas, gut eingekuschelt in eine warme Decke. Wir wissen, wie wir uns gegen die K\u00e4lte sch\u00fctzen, wir haben gelernt gut durch einen langen Winter zu kommen. Auf Augenh\u00f6he stattfindende, transparente Kommunikationsgestaltung statt Top down-Gie\u00dfkanne. Denn: Statt sich perfekte Reden und Pr\u00e4sentationen f\u00fcr Vorstand und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung zu \u00fcberlegen, pl\u00e4diere ich daf\u00fcr, sich mit dem WOF\u00dcR (jemand steht), viel ernsthafter zu befassen. Damit wir andere Menschen mitnehmen, m\u00fcssen wir emotional anschlussf\u00e4hig sein. Dazu braucht es gute Geschichten, \u00fcberzeugende Narrative und wirksame Botschaften. Ein guter Frame, also ein Deutungsrahmen f\u00fcr Ihre Botschaften und Geschichten, wirkt allerdings nur, wenn Ihr Publikum dazu einen Bezug hat, d.h. Sie m\u00fcssen Ihr Gegen\u00fcber kennen! Lernen Sie Bed\u00fcrfnisse, Einstellungen und Meinungen Ihrer Mitarbeiter*innen und Stakeholder kennen und arbeiten Sie damit. So werden sie nachhaltig wirksam!<\/li><li>Kommunikation ist nicht nur Aufgabe der Kommunikationsabteilungen, sondern jeder F\u00fchrungskraft: Die Gestaltung von verl\u00e4sslichen Kommunikationsstrukturen ist Kernaufgabe von F\u00fchrung.<\/li><li>Geben Sie Raum zum Experimentieren: Change passiert nicht linear, sondern in Schleifen!<\/li><li>Entwickeln und gestalten Sie die
